Customer User Access and Role

Customer User Type

Marco has 3 types of customer user

• Manager - Based on the manager's access, they can manager worker's data

• Worker - Can request leave, expense, manager personal data

• Intern - If the worker are still students, their clients cannot hire them as regular workers, more like ICs. They can sign independent contracts with students.

Customer User Profile Type

Based on the customer user type, the system has 4 profile types of user

• Worker Only - Only can view personal portal

• Manager & Worker - Both manager portal and personal can view

• Intern - Only can view personal portal

• Manager Only - Only can view manager portal

Customer User Access

Marco has 3 types of access

• Time Access - Can assign leave balance to worker

• Payroll Access - Can access workers' payroll related data

• Admin Acess - Can access all the data and customer admin portal

Only manager can be given access.

If a manager has admin access, they can view and edit all the workers' information. Otherwise, it depense on their people list and time or payroll access. Visit Access and Role to view manager access level in Marco.

Vendor Access and Role

Vendor Type

Marco has 2 types of vendor

• Platform vendor - Vendor has their own platform which provide by Marco.

• Platform vendor's partner vendor - In vendor's platform, they can add their partner vendor.

Vendor User Profile Type

There can be multiple vendor users for a single vendor on Marco.

• Vendor Admin - If a vendor user is granted vendor admin access, they can manage customers, partners, services, and other vendor users. they can view all this platform's data.

• General Vendor User - Vendor user without vendor admin access, they can only access their assigned customers and assigned workers.

Vendor User Access Portals

There are two portals that vendor users can access in Marco:

• Customer Portal - Vendor admin can access all customers' portal, and vendor user only can access assigned customers' portal.

• Vendor Portal - Only vendor admin can access.
